免疫印迹法检测结核特异性抗体对结核病的诊断价值

Detection of specific antibodies for the diagnosis of tuberculosis

摘要: 目的 结核病特异性诊断方法研究是目前结核病研究的主要部分之一,为探讨免疫印迹检测技术对结核病的诊断价值, 建立了一套完整的实验方法?方法 应用结核分支杆菌 H37 Rv 株特异性抗原( T B S Ag 1) 建立了结核特异性抗体免疫印迹检测技术?结果 经361 例结核病患者?350 例正常人和150 例非结核病患者临床检测,实验敏感性为89.5 % ?特异性为95.6 % ,并将免疫印迹技术与 Myco Dot 技术对比,结果免疫印迹技术对结核病的诊断敏感性并不高于 Myco Dot 技术( P> 0.05) ?结论 免疫印迹法对结核病特异性诊断,尤其对菌阴结核?肺外结核的诊断具有较高的应用价值?

Abstract: Objective The specific diagnosis for tuberculosis have more problems. To solve these problems , Im munoblots technique have be used . Methods Using Im munoblotstechniquefor detecting antibody that againstspecific antigen( T B S Ag 1) of M.tuberculosis. Results The Sensitivity was 89.5 % in 361 tuberculosis patients and the specificity was95.6 % in 150 nontuberculosis patients and 350 healthy controls . Making a comparison between Im munoblots and Myco Dottechnique . Conclusion Im munoblots technique have a higher positive rates . So suggested that Im munoblots technique for de tecting specificantibody of M.tuberculosis was a usefultoolfor diagnosis of tuberculosis .
