荧光染色发光二极管显微镜检测结核分枝杆菌的效果分析

Efficiency of fluorescence microscopy with light emitting diodes in detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis

摘要: 目的:  探讨荧光染色发光二极管(LED)显微镜镜检对结核分枝杆菌的检出效果。方法:  收集232例可疑结核病患者的痰标本,每位患者收集3份痰(即时痰、清晨痰和夜间痰),共696份痰标本。分为萋-尼染色(Z-N)法镜检组(简称Z-N组),荧光染色发光二极管显微镜镜检组(简称LED组)。对每份痰标本同时采用上述两种镜检法进行检测。比较两者的检查结果,分析两种方法检查结核分枝杆菌的阳性率差异情况。结果:  LED组检出率为37.9%(88/232),Z-N组检出率为26.7%(62/232),经检验, χ2=6.66,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论:  LED显微镜镜检具有阳性检出率高等优点。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficiency of fluorescence microscopy with  light emitting diodes (LED-FM) in screening Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods Sputum samples of 232 suspected patients were collected and there were totally 696 samples including 3 samples from each patient. All samples were detected by Ziehl-Neelsen (Z-N) stain microscopy and LED-FM respectively. Results The positive rates of LED-FM and Z-N were 37.9%(88/232)and 26.7%(62/232) with significant difference (χ2=6.66, P<0.01). Conclusion LED-FM in detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis is superior to the conventional method.
