摘要:
非结核分枝杆菌(NTM)隶属于分枝杆菌属,与结核分枝杆菌是“近亲”。近年来,由NTM引起的慢性肺部疾病的患病率正在以惊人的速度增长,甚至在一些国家已经超过了结核病。目前临床上的治疗方案主要为长疗程、联合用药,然而结果往往不尽如人意。迫切需要新的、更有效的药物和化疗方案。作者综述了NTM肺病治疗药物开发的现状与面临的挑战,以期为NTM肺病的治疗提供新的思路。
