结核病五项实验检测方法的对比分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的对实验检测方法进行对比分析,探讨对结核病诊断的价值?方法选健康人53 名?肺结核70 例及非结核肺部疾患30 例,采用痰涂片?培养?结明试验?酶联免疫法及聚合酶链反应检测进行对比分析?结果涂片?培养?酶联免疫法特异性高,但敏感性低于50 % ,其次为聚合酶链反应法,结明试验特异性与敏感性分别为98.1 % 及64.2 % ?结论结明试验具有特异性高?简便?快速等特点,是结核病诊断的一种有力辅助手段?

Abstract: Objective To analyse and co mpare 5 laboratory dectection methods and try evaluate the effect ondiagnosis of tuberculosis . Methods 53 health persous .70 pulm .tuberculosis cases and 30 cases with non tuberculo sis disease were studies and using sputu m sm ear ,culture , Myco Dot test , P C R, E L I S A assay ,all results were co m pared . Results The studies sho wed that smear ,culture , E L I S A had high sensitivity but the specificity are belo w50 % ,and then the P C R assay . Conclusion Myco Dot have high specificity ,simple and convenient ,rapid superiori ty ,this assay may be the m ore valuable auxiliary test on diagnosis of tuberculosis .
