摘要:
结核病仍然是一个重大的全球性健康问题。近年来,越来越多的证据证明,糖尿病可增加结核感染的风险,而肺结核并发糖尿病会导致肺结核的不良结局,从而为结核病的防控工作带来巨大的困难和挑战。作者通过复习近年来关于肺结核并发糖尿病的流行病学的最新研究,阐述了肺结核和糖尿病之间的关系。进一步证明了双向筛查有利于疾病的早发现和早治疗,总结了肺结核并发糖尿病的诊治研究进展,以寻找其最佳的诊治手段,探索新的诊治思路。
