影响综合医院网络报告肺结核病人追踪不到位因素分析

摘要: 目的探讨影响综合医院传染病网络报告肺结核病人追踪不到位的相关因素。方法对广州市26家综合医院2006年1月—2007年3月传染病网络报告需追踪的380例肺结核病人中,专业结核病防治机构追踪不到位的99例病人进行相关因素分析。结果380例肺结核病人中,追踪到位的281例,到位率74.0%;不到位的99例,不到位率26.0%。影响追踪不到位的因素有返乡30例,占7.9%,查无此人24例,占6.3%,地址不详17例,占4.5%,其他15例,占3.9%,死亡5例,占1.3%,拆迁和拒绝各4例,各占1.1%。结论影响综合医院传染病网络报告肺结核病人追踪不到位有多个因素,其中以返乡、查无此人和地址不详为主要因素,其占追踪不到位病人总数的72%。

Abstract: Objective To explore the factors related to the non-arrival of the traced patients reported by general hospital through the Internet based TB reporting system. Methods The factors of the 99(the total number of pulmonary tuberculosis cases reported were 380) cases who reported by general hospital through the Internet based TB reporting system and were failed to be traced by TB institution from Jan.2006 to Mar.2007 were analyzed. Results Of 380 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis in Yuexiu district,there were 281 cases who arrived after tracing.The arrival rate was 74.0% and the non-arrival rate was 26.0%.Of the 99 cases who did not arrive after tracing,30(7.9%) cases returned hometown,24(6.3%) cases could not be found,17(4.5%) cases were left with false address,5(1.3%) cases died,4(1.3%) cases were because of moving home and refusing to TB institution for medical help respectively,15(3.9%) cases were because of other reason. Conclusion There are multiple factors related to the non-arrival of the traced patients reported by general hospital through the Internet based TB reporting system,among which returning hometown,patients could not be found and false address were the main factors accounting for the 72% of the total non-arrival.
