摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的　探讨结核性胸腔积液吸收后出现圆形肿块的原因。方法对 33例病人出现肿块的时间、部位诊断及治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果圆形肿块出现于患侧，以强化治疗阶段多见，X线表现为紧靠胸膜的圆形或类圆形肿块影，继续抗结核治疗后消失。结论圆形肿块形成为结核病治疗过程中变态反应的一种表现形式。

Abstract: Objective To explore the causes of circular lump produced after the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion (TPE).Methods The discovering time,localities of lump and curative effect were analysed retrospectively in 33 cases of TPE.Results The lumps were circular or oval,closing the sick side of the chest,mostly produced in the intensire stage of chematherapy and disappeared while the chemocherapy continusly.Conclusion The cause of the forming of circular lump may be allergic reaction in the treatment of tuberculosis.
