摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的　探讨中山市老年肺结核患病情况。方法为因症就诊及转诊到我所的疑似肺结核病人进行抗酸杆菌涂片检查和X线胸片检查 ,对诊断为肺结核的病人资料进行统计分析。结果老年肺结核所占比例为 2 4 .2 % ,涂阳比例为 79.5%。结论需重视老年肺结核病的控制工作。

Abstract: Objective To explore prevalence of the elderly pulmonary tuberculosis in Zhongshan. Methods Analysis on the sputum smears and chest X-ray films. Results The prevalence of elderly pulmonary TB in Zhongshan is 24.2%,the smear-positive rate is 79.5%. Conclusion Must pay attention to the controls over the elderly pulmonary TB.
