游泳池肉芽肿皮损中分离出海分支杆菌的报告

摘要: 目的 报告一例从游泳池肉芽肿患者皮肤组织标本中分离出一株海分支杆菌。方法 标本的分离培养采用碱处理后接种酸L—J培基,置28℃和37℃两种条件下培养;药物敏感性测定采用绝对浓度法;菌种鉴定采用形态学观察、鉴别培基(PNB、TCH、5%NaCl、葡萄糖琼脂、麦康盖琼脂)的鉴别及细胞生物化学反应的方法进行鉴定。结果 该菌株在28℃中的生长明显优于37℃培养;并对INH、SM耐药,对RFP、EM敏感;经光照后可产生明显的黄色色素,耐热触酶(+),硝酸还原(-)。结论 根据鉴定结果,确定其为海分支杆菌。

Abstract: Objective A strain of Mycobacterium marinum was isolated from the skin lesions of swimming pool granuloma.Methods The skin specimen was decontaminated with 2% NaOH,and inoculated to 4 acidity Lowenstien-Jenson cultures.Two cultures were incubated at 28℃,and the other two were at 37℃.The drug sensitivity of the strain were determined by absolute concentration method.The examinations of identification for the strain were performed by routine method described in Bergey’s manual.Results The growth of the strain was markedly better at 28℃ than was at 37℃.The strain was resistance to INH and SM,but was sensitive to RFP and EM.The strain characterized by production of yellow pigment after illumination and by thermostable catalase reaction.The reaction of reduction of nitrate was negative.Conclusion The strain isolated from skin tissue was identified to be M.marinum.
