Abstract: Objective To reveal the problem in report of tuberculosis after classified to grade Ⅱ of noticeable infectious disease.Methods To compare the report of noticeable infctious disease with the register of pulmonary tuberculosis by Microsoft Excel.Results The report numbers were increasing year by year and nearing the register numbers of tuberculosis in Henan Tuberculosis Control Institute.But the underreporting was still aserious problem.There were many troubles in classification,report,management of tuberculosis.Conclusion It was necessary to recognize the importance of tuberculosis report.The report and management should be strengthen more.The checking scheme must be set up.It was possible to resolve the problem in time.
