Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of Far advanced pulmonary tubrculosis treated with cell immunity mediator assistant therapy.Method Cell immunity mediator 4ml intramuscular injection qod for 4 months.Results At the end of 6 months,the sputum conversion rate was 91 2% and the foci absorption was 89 5%,catity close up was 81.2%( P<0 05)in the cellimmunity mediator therapy group.Conclusions After fol low up fortwo years,no recurrence case in cell immuntity mediator group.However,3 recurrence cases in the control group(8.8%).The bacteriologic conversion speed in the test group was superior than the control group.
