Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of psychologic situation of pulmonary TB patients on the compliance in chemotherapy. Methods To measure and evaluate the pulmonary TB patients’ psychologic situation by means of SCL-90. Meanwhile, the compliance of the pulmonary TB patients was also appraised through analysing and summing up the statistic. Results We tested 70 cases of smear positive pulmonary TB, 28 cases of which proved to be poor compliance as well as mentaly disordered, and the compliance was better after receiving the treatment of both psychologic service and drug. Conclusion The mental disorder was commonly existed among the pulmonary TB patients, and there was found the close connection between the compliance in treatment and mental disorder. To implement the corresponding treatment in accordance with different mental disorder will greatly improve the compliance.
