实验性大鼠结核病模型的特点

摘要: 目的 探讨感染了结核菌的Wistar大鼠的实验特点。方法 用标准人型结核菌株H37Rv 0.01mg经尾静脉注入Wistar大鼠,6周后剖杀大鼠,观察肺、肝、脾组织大体病变及镜下特点,肺组织匀浆培养有无结核菌落生长。结果 实验组大鼠肺组织可见明显的结核病变,感染成功率100%,肝、脾组织无结核病变。结论 Wistar大鼠对结核菌敏感,可作为结核病实验的动物模型。

Abstract: Objective To observe the features of experimental tuberculosis in Wistar rats.Methods Wistar rats were intravenously injected with H37Rv.They were sacrificed six weeks later to observe pathomorphology changes in lung,liver,and spleen tissues.We also did Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture of lung tissues.Results There are typical tubercle lesions in the lung tissues of experimental rats but not in liver,and spleen tissues,and 100% of the positive controls were infected.Conclusion Wistar rats can be infected by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and can be used as animal model of experimental tuberculosis.
