摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的　了解中国大陆首例人禽流感病例的临床特征。方法对禽流感病例临床资料进行分析总结。结果该例禽流感患者病情凶险,预后差。以高热、咳嗽、呼吸困难、双肺进行性增多的斑块片状阴影和多器官衰竭综合征为特征,病毒分离培养和鉴定为甲型流感病毒H₅N₁。结论人禽流感病是一种新发的严重、急性传染病,应该引起高度重视。

Abstract: Objective To study the clinical characteristics of the first human avian influenza case in mainland China.Methods Analysed and summarized the clinical information of the human avian influenza case.Results The development of the disease was extremely fast,and its prognosis was poor.Clinical feature included high fever,cough,dyspnea,shadow of lung in X-ray film and multiple organ failure syndrome.Virus was isolated,cultured and identified as avian influenza A(H5N1)viruse.Conclusions Human avian influenza is a emerging,severe and acute infectious disease,and high importance should be attached to it.
