Abstract: Objective Analyze the effects of TB control project loaned by World Bank in Boluo County (1993—2000).Methods To analyze the treatment effect of the TB patients according to Boluo county annual report from 1993 to 2000.Results Over the past 8 years,5773 cases suspected of pulmonry tuberculosis have been received and diagnosed,the cure rate for initial smear-positive treated cases was 95.9% and 86.9% for retreated cases.Conclusion Satisfactory Results have been achieved of TB control project loaned by World Bank in Boluo.
