Abstract:

Specifications for the Construction of Tuberculosis Preventive Treatment Clinics in Primary Medical Institutions (T/CHATA—052—2025) is a group standard issued by the Chinese Antituberculosis Association on September 25, 2025, and took effect on the same day. This standard mainly covers the construction conditions for tuberculosis preventive treatment clinics in primary medical and health institutions. It clarifies the norms regarding the clinics’ service targets, service contents and construction effect evaluation, providing a reference for primary medical and health institutions to deliver tuberculosis preventive treatment services. To facilitate the grassroots staff in accurately understanding and standardizing the application of this standard, this paper elaborates on its compilation background, main contents, formulation basis and application. It thereby provides technical guidance for the standardized construction and operation of the tuberculosis preventive treatment clinics at the grassroots level.
