Abstract

Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy of prophylactic treatment with Isoniazid for tuberculosis infection in patients with HIV/AIDS.Methods Participants who were enrolled according to the prophylactic treatment standard in Suizhou City of Hubei province were treated with Isoniazid for nine months in 2006,and were followed-up for treatment outcomes.The data were compared with that of 2005.Results For all HIV-infected patients,9 month Isoniazid Treatment had no protection regarding to tuberculosis morbidity(P...
