摘要： 目的 对卫生部项目发展初期参差不齐情况下,项目覆盖及病人发现资料分析方法进行探讨?方法 考虑到项目滚动发展的特点,按周期计算涂阳病人登记水平,以及用项目覆盖水平指标来反映项目发展的综合水平?结果及结论 结果显示两种分析方法能够较全面地反映项目发展情况,使项目县之间的比较更具可比性,并将发展不平衡的现象揭示得更为突出?作者就项目发展不平衡的原因进行了分析探讨?

Abstract: Objective To probe the analysis methods on project coverage and case_finding data in order to directed against the untidy development of M O H TB control project at the beginning period.Method Considering the character of project trundling development,we determine the registration level of smear positive cases on cycle bases.And the indicator of project coverage level was developed in order to reflect the multiple development level of the project.Result and Conclusion The results showed that the two indicators could reflect the overall level of the project coverage and case_finding and be comparable among different project counties.The uneven development of the project was showed up very protrusive through analysis.The authors analysised the reasons of uneven development.
