摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察短程化疗并用组合药液超声雾化吸入治疗初治菌阳肺结核对患者痰菌阴转的影响。方法对初治菌阳肺结核病例，在短程化疗基础上给组合药液超声雾化吸入作为实验组，共30例，男22例，女8例。给单纯短程化疗作为对照组，共33例，男28例，女5例。观察痰菌阴转情况。结果实验组排菌天数为16.67±10.28天，对照组为37.5±15.41天，t′=6.37,P＜0.001,两者有显著差异。毒、副作用无增加趋势。结论短程化疗并用组合药液超声雾化吸入是治疗结核病的有效措施之一，方法简单易于接受，便于临床推广。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of short course chemotherapy adding supersonic aerosol combinant for newly diagnosed smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 63 patients were randomly divided into two groups:Control group 33 cases were treated with short course chemotherapy only;Treatment group 30 cases were treated with short course chemotheray adding supersonic aerosol combinant.Results The smear positive time of treatment group was 16.67±10.28(day),the time of coutrol group was 37.5±15.41(day),the difference was statistically significant (t′=6.37,P＜0.001),the side effect for the treatment group was not apt to increase.Conclusion Shortcourse chemotherapy adding supersonic aerosol combinant was useful for pulmonary tuberculosis,and the mothods,can be used widely in clinic.
