Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of the prevention and treatment for 531 TB children admitted in the past 25 years.Methods The TB cases on the TB children admitted were investigated and analysed.Results 531 TB children had been treated.There were 297 cases with primary pulmonary tuberculosis and tuberculous meningitis,which were 55.9% of the total TB children.The mortality was decreased from 3.6% to 0.Conclusion The morbidity primary pulmonary tuberculsis children admitted was decreased evidently for the work of BCG vaccine inoculation to new-born infants and the prevention and control of tuberculosis in the city of Daqing was performed in depth.
