Abstract

Abstract: Objective To analyze the role of general hospitals in TB case detection in Urumqi in order to provide evidence basis for strengthening PPM-DOTS and sustainable TB control development.Methods Monthly reports and tracking registers of internet based TB reporting system were collected and analyzed.Results From 2005 to 2008,referral in place rate of tuberculosis patients were 14.7%,21.7%,27.3% and 21.2% in Urumqi General Hospitals;tracking rate were 67.7%,83.7%,99.7% and 100.0%,tracking in place rate were 29.5%...
