Abstract: Objective To analyze the influence of various factors on strategy of DOTS in the tuberculosis control.Methods Using Canonical Correlation Analysis to study the impact of various factors on case-finding and treatment.Results Of all the factors of DOTS strategy,the average of appropriate mo- ney is the factor wich has the largest influence on implement,followed by other two factors,the transfering rate of convergence case-management and average points of supervise network.Conclusion Paying great attention to the action of government in tuberculosis control is very important.
