Abstract: Objective To discuss the indication ,opptunity and the status of surgical operation in the pul monary tuberculosis treatment . Method 7.000 pulm onary tuberculosis and 270 operated patients have been re viewed in our hospital. Result 270 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis have been operated ,the effect was satis fied ,the cure rate was 95 % . Conclusion The surgical treatment is nessesary for a part of pulm onary tuberculosis ,this method can im prove the cure rate of pulmonary tuberculosis .
