Abstract: Objective Finding out the causing reasons of retreated patients . Methods By looking throughthe history of retreated patient registered in 6 counties/cities from 1996 to 1997 , to find out the causing reasons . Results There are 36 . 3 % and 26 . 0 % produced before the T Bcontrol project loaned by World Bank in 1996and 1997 , respectively . 63 . 7 % and 74 . 0 % after the project . Am ong them , 27 . 7 % , 35 . 5 % and 34 .4 % , 38 . 9 % are caused by mistreatm ent at general hospitals and tow nship hospitalsin 1996 and 1997 respective ly . Conclusion The main reasons as follows : 1 . The action period of the project is very short . Many patientswho have suffered from T Bbefore the project have not been found right away . 2 . General hospitals and townshiphospitals have been retained the patients .
