摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的　报告海盐县结核病控制“九五”规划实施情况与效果。方法对1996—2000年全县规划指标,依法防治,归口管理,工作规范,痰检质量控制,强化化疗督导等措施进行评价。结果 5年中发现涂阳肺结核病人339例,是“八五”期间的1.97倍。新登病人查痰率维持在95%以上,涂阳检出率年均45.0%,涂阳发现率从17.99/10万提高到23.57/10万,新发涂阳病人治愈率由90.9%提高到93.3%。结论海盐县“九五”期间传染源发现有了明显加强,病人治愈率提高,传染源得到有效控制。提高可疑者就诊率和DOTS实施质量是今后的工作重点。

Abstract: Objective To report the instance and effect of the implement of controlling the tuberculosis in Haiyan county in the period 1996-2000.Methods To evalute the prevention and cure according to laws,the centralized management measure,the criterion,the control of the quality of examining sputum and supervising of chemotherapy in the period 1996-2000.Results 339 sputum smear-positive tuberculosis patients were found in the period 1996-2000.Sputum examination rate of new patients was keeping 95%. The detection rate of smear positive patients was 45.0%. The finding rate of smear positive increased from 17.99/10⁵to 23.57/10⁵. The cure rate of smear positive patients increased from 90.91% to 93.33%.Conclusion The finding of infectious cases and the cure rate are improved,the infectious sources were effectually control.It is the important to increase the case-finding rate and improve the quality of the DOTS.
