Abstract

Abstract: Objective To study clinical value of fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR) on detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex(MTB).Methods 860 sputum samples from the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were detected by FQ-PCR,staining and culture,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of FQ-PCR were assessed by comparing the results.Results The sensitivity of FQ-PCR reached 10~100CFU/ml.The results of other pathogens in respiratory tract were negative by FQ-PCR.The positive rate of FQ-PCR in testing ...
