Abstract: Objective To study the value of detecting M.tuberculosis DNA in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR) in diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The BALF from the 187 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated first and 41 patients with pneumonia were detected the M.tuberculosis DNA(TB-DNA) by FQ-PCR,and performed mycobacterial culture.The bronchoscopic brushing smears were detected by acid-fast staining.Results The positive rates of detecting B...
