Abstract: Objective To study the treatment pattern of tuberculos pleural effusion.Methods This study using minute tube drainage new techniques,42 cases were use drugs empties into the thoracic cavity.The control group using classical treatment model.Regular antituberculosis treatment was to all patients observed.Results There were 42 cases after treatment in cavity inside reached control.The efficacious ratio was 100% (42/42).93%(39/42) of the 42 cases achieved complete improvement and another 7%(3/42) of the 42 cases achieved partial improvement.The control group were efficacious ratio was 86%(36/42).76%(32/42) of the 42 cases achieved complete improvement and another 10%(4/42) of the 42 cases achieved partial improvement.14%(6/42) improvement.Conclusion 42 cases tuberculosis pleural effusion in thoracic cavity was a convenient safe method that can be used widely.The treatment outcome as presented in this article was very good and the treatment model was valuable for clinical practice.
