Study on the centralized management model of tuberculosis

Abstract: Objective In order to enhance the course of TB control project in our county and to research centralized management model.Methods All cases were carried out by the management model of one step(direct)centralization in combination with two step(indirect)centralization.For internal,for example,city special hospital and basic clinic were carried out two step centralization.For external,e g the out department of TB preventive centre of our station was carried out one step centralization.Results The smear positive new register rate in 1998 is 26.94/100?000,increased by 4.7 times more than the average level of forward three years,increased by 2.6 times from that in 1997.Conclusion Proceed from the actual situation.Take measures suited to local conditions.It is also an available management model which is to carried out one step centralization in combination with two step contralization of TB centralized management model.
