Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis cases depending on Heroin.Method The general condition,clinical manifestation and therapeutic changes of 74 hospitalized cases of heroin user with pulmonary tuberculosis were systematic analyzed.Result All the group of cases are youngsters (17～32 years old),Their condition are serious,more complication and poor compliance.There were 7cases died in the period of hospitalization.Conclusion In view of the tuberculosis epidemic situation on narcotic person,we must pay attention to this matter and resolve progressively.
