Clinical analysis of pulmonary tuberculosis complicating with moraxella catarrhalis infection

Abstract: Objective 58 case of pulmonary tuberculosis complicating with moraxella catarhalis were analyzed to demontrate the characteristics of this infection.Method We use Doerm creteria to quantify the bacteria in sputum,three times consecutively.Result Pulmonary tubercuiosis is easily complicated by the bacteria.The clinic and X_ray manifestation were short of feature,and only 43% with high blood cell count.Conclusion Pulmonary tuberculosis patients with unexplained fever,purulent sputum and newly_appeared moist rales in the lung,moraxella becteria infection should be alert of,β_lactamase inhibitors must recommended to control the infection.
