The SCL-90 mental state investigate and intervene in the sailors with tuberculosis

Abstract: Objective To study the mental state of the sailors with tuberculosis.Methods Assess symptoms in 178 cases sailors with tuberculosis used SCL-90.Results 75.8% of the tuberculosis had diversified mental state problem.The scoring was high diversity compared somatization human relation sensitivity,depression,crankiness,anxiety and psychosis with adult model,and had no diversity in hostility,compulsion and phobia.Conclusion The sailors with tuberculosis had mental problem with somatization,human relations sensitivity,depression,crankiness,anxiety and psychosis,and must be aroused recognition and mental intervened earlier.
