Abstract

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 3CDLfxPtoZ/9DLfxPtoZ regimen for multidrug resistant tuberculosis cases.MethodsOne hundred cases who hospitalized from Oct.2002 to Dec.2005 with multidrug resistant tuberculosis were treated with 3CDLfxPtoZ/9DLfxPtoZ regimen.Sputum smear examination and liver function test were detected for every patient each month,and X-ray chest photographs were taken in the 3rd,6th,9th and 12th months during the course of treatment.Results All patients completed the treatment.The spu...
