Abstract

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the value of interventional therapy in the treatment of tracheal and bronchial tuberculosis.Methods 60 cases with endobronchial tuberculosis were randomly divided into a therapeutic group(group A,30 cases) or a control group(group B,30 cases) which both groups were treated with 3HRZE(S)/9HRE.Group A was treated with interventional therapy.Results The sputum culture negative conversion rate was 94.4%(17/18)after 2 months' interventional therapy.The rate increased to 100%(18/18)after 12 ...
