Diagnositic value of ADA、ADA2、IL-12、IFN-γ in Tuberculous Meningitis

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ADA,ADA2,IL-12,IFN-γ in the diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis.Methods 92 patients with tuberculous meningitis(TBM group) and 68 patients with other type meningitis(control group)were enrolled.ADA,ADA2,IL-12,IFN-γ in the cerebrospinal fluid were measured before treatment for all patients and at the end of first month and the second month after treatment for patients with TBM.All data from before treatment had been compared with that of after treatment.Results (1)...
