Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of measures enhancing the DOTS management in TB patients.Methods Measures were introduced,and treatment effect of TB patients was analyzed according to reporting forms.Results The regular treatment rate reached 99.1%,the sputum conversion rate of the new smear positive cases at the end of the intensive phase reached 97.5%,and the cure rate was 96.7%.Conclusions These measures not only provide convenience to the patients,but also really make DOTS measures implemented,ensure v...
