Abstract: Objective To analyse the compliance with regular treatment for pulmonary TB. Methods Through questionnaire on patients to investigate and analyse the compliance with regular treatment and its related factors.Results 48.7% of patients were in compliance with regular treatment before registered in.The factors of ir regular treatment were mainly related to the patients’TB knowledge,age and degree of illness,etc.Conclusion It is important to pay attention to the regular treatmen of patients before registered in.DOTS must be carried out.The education work must be reinforced,especially to the elder and/or very sick patients.
