Abstract: Objective To investigate infection with Legionella pneumophila of inpatients with tuberculosis and the clinical feature,treatment out come and prognosis.Methods Legionnaires’ disease diagnosed by serological method,treated with exythromycin and RFP (except one who was infected with multi-resistant M.tuberculosis ) for 3～4 weeks.Results 7 patients were found to be infected with Legionella pneumophila through treatment,all patients were cured.Conclusion Patients should also be treated seriously so as to avoid miss-diagnosis though the patients are comparatively less and better cure rate.
