Abstract: Objective To reflect the status on case finding in Henan province.Methods Analysis based on the data of the fourth national tuberculosis epidemiology survey in Henan Province.Results Only 5.1% patients were registered and managed in antituberculosis organs;88.6% patients were made a definite diagnosis in non antituberculosis organs,in which,93.6% were not registered.Conclusion To tighten the convergence case management of different medical organizations is the key to increase the rate of case-finding.
