The economic evahiatkm of tuberculosis control strategy

Abstract: Abstract Objective To assess current tuberculosis control practices in rnral China, this articlc examined the effi-ciency of alternative strategies (internatinal, national and general TB control actions). Method lliree main techniques(CEA,CBA and CUA),as well as MIA and EBD are used in economic evaluation.Six outpatient TB control centers were selected and 600 TB patients( included initial treatment and re-treatment cases) were enrolled in our pilcH study. Results and Conclusion Based on the results,we generally summarized that the IIP is the optimal program design and most efficient tactic of all pulmonary tuberculosis controlling strategies in China.
