Abstract: Objective To investigate the situation of convergence case-management of TB in general hospital,to possess the condition of the transferring TB patients and take some measures to enhancing the cases finding level of TB patients. Methods Sampling four municipal hospitals,examine the data of department concerned. Results There are situation fail to diagnosis for TB patients and transfer patients to anti-tuberculosis organs unsuccessfully.Conclusion Take some effective measures to enhance the transferring rate of TB patients successfully.
