Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinic feature and the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis related AIDS.Methods To analyse the 24 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis related AIDS retrospetively.Results The incidence of AIDS with the complication of pulmonary tuberculosis raised from 0.05% in 1998 to 0.73% in 2002.The infection pathways were intravemous injection (77.1%) and sex transmitted (22.9%).Clinical manifestation:fever (91.7%),cough (91.7%),cough with sputum (79.2%),obviously emaciated (79.2%),enlargement of lymphnode (54.7%).The chest X ray indicated that pulmonary tuberculosis were mainly encroachment type (66.7%);50% of cases with the complication of hepatic virus;sputum bacteriological positive rate was 41.7%;Positive rate of PPD test was 16.7%.14 cases treated by anti tuberculosis (3HRZE/9HRE) were cured or completed the course of treatment.The side effects rate was 79.2%.Conclusion AIDS with the complication of pulmonary tuberculosis often with an urgent onset,severe symptoms,low positivie rate of PPD test.The side effects of the treatment of the drugs were too many.We should pay more attention to high risk people of pulmonary tuberculosis with the complication of AIDS in the high AIDS prevalence of area.
