Abstract: Objective To know register and cure cohort situation of TB in Fujian province in the past decade,and provide the technology policy of continuable develop for TB control. Methods To register case and cure cohort analysis according the report forms of TB register from 1991 to 2000. Results From 1991 to 2000 total new smear positive cases were 28391,the proportion of smear positive cases in activity cases was raised from 25.3% in 1991 to 37.4% in 2000,the new register rate of smear positive cases were raised from 7.3/100000 in 1991 to 19.2/100?000 in 2000,cure rate was raised from 80.0% in 1992 to 89.2% in 2000.Conclusion Fujian province is getting the anticipative effect in the control of TB.
