Abstract: Objective To analyze the relation of polymorphisms of HLA-DRB gene and ACE gene with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods PCR/SSP was used to identify the HLA-DRB and ACE genotype in pulmonary tuberculosis group and control group. Results The frequency of HLA-DRB1*15 allele in pulmonary tuberculosis group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The frequency of ACE I/D genotype in retreatment and drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis group was significantly higher than that in initial and drug-sensitive group(P<0.05).Conclusion The HLA-DRB1*15 allele and the I/D genotype of ACE gene were evidently associated with pulmonary tuberculosis.
