The duration of treatment were 12 months. Results All 102 cases completed their treatment courses. The sputum smear negative conversion rate were 86.5% and 56.0% in the observation group (52 cases) and control group (50 cases ).The rate in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion It is effective to treating mu lti-drug resistant tuberculosis cases with 3DNZThV/9DThV regimen. The regimen is less adverse reaction recommendable.
