Abstract: Objective To analyze the image characteristics o f chest of pulmonary tuberculosis associated of diabetes mellitus in order to offe r some basis for the clinical synthetical diagnosis.Methods To review the image characteristics of chest in 45 pati ents with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes and analysis the related clinical information.Results The image characteristics of the patients s howed that massive and dense patchy shadow was 68.9%,multiple small cavity patch y shadow was 68.9%,dispersive pieces and small patch shadow was 26.7%,nodosity a nd tumour shoadow was 4.4%.Conclusion To familiar with the varied image characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in diabetes,which have important reference value in synt hesis diagnosis or state analysis.
