Abstract: Objective To enhance the level of the case finding of tuberculosis.Methods To strengthen the government support fully utilize the human resources medical facilities,set up TB registation centre at epidemic institution preventive station and hospitals in Shizuishan city.Result New case registration rate of smear positive pulmonary.tuberculosis increased from 3.42/10⁵ in 1993 to 17/10⁵ in 2000.Conclusion City general hospitals may develop the important effect on tuberculosis control work.
