Abstract: Objective To analyze the case-finding and the treatment outcome of pulmonary tuberculosis(TB)in Miyun county of Beijing in order to provide evidence base for policy formulation.Method Data from TB registering and reporting cards during 2004—2007 were analyzed.Result The rate of referral in place increased from 66.2% to 85.8%,the in place rate of tracked cases increased from 89.4% to 100%.During 3 years,a total of 111new smear positive TB cases were registered and the average cure rate was 91.9%....
