Abstract: Objective To understand the TB/HIV screening in Guizhou province.Methods TB/HIV screening was carried out in county level CDC from 2006 to 2008 in Guizhou.TB patients were administered HIV screening test and confirmation test.HIV/AIDS patients were screened by X-ray and sputum for TB disease.Results The number of counties which carried out TB/HIV screening work increased by year.The HIV positive rate among TB cases was 0.2%,while the TB prevalence among HIV positive cases was 6.2%.ConclusionsMost of countie...
