The National Continuing Medical Education Project "The Second Forum on Prevention and Treatment of Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Diseases" sponsored by the Publishing House of the Chinese Journal of Antituberculosis will be held online from April 22 to 25, 2022. This forum will invite experts and scholars in the field of tuberculosis and lung diseases to give academic lectures, discussions and exchanges. The specific arrangement of the meeting is as follows:
Meeting content
1. Contents of the academic report: (1) prevention and treatment of respiratory system related diseases under the background of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control; (2) Vaccines related to tuberculosis and lung diseases; (3) Treatment and strategy of new drug-resistant tuberculosis; (4) Screening and preventive treatment of latent infection of mycobacterium tuberculosis; (5) Diagnosis, treatment, prevention and control of chronic non-infectious pulmonary diseases; (6) Diagnosis, treatment, prevention and control of chest tumors.
2. Tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment skills training: diagnostic criteria, diagnostic techniques and processes of tuberculosis, principles for formulation of tuberculosis chemotherapy schemes including rifampicin resistance, detection and management of adverse reactions of anti-tuberculosis drugs, and diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis under special circumstances.
3. Release and interpretation of the Guidelines for Active Community Tuberculosis Screening in China.
4. The selection results of excellent papers in 2019 and 2020 of Chinese Journal of Antituberculosis were released, and the first prize winners' reports were presented.
